DELIVERY INFORMATION
All our products are dispatched within 24 working hours of purchase.
1) Pick up at Antibump® office in Martínez (Province of Buenos Aires) prior coordination of day and time.
2) Shipments in Argentina by Correo Argentino Parcel Service with Track and Trace online tracking system (With the tracking number that Antibump will send you after dispatch you will be able to track the status of your shipment on the website of Correo Argentino).
3) Remis to the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires or Greater Buenos Aires: it is made within the day of the purchase, with previous quotation according to destination and acceptance of the client.
4) Door to door exports by DHL International. Estimated delivery time: 72 working hours. Please note that depending on the legislation of the destination country, import duties may apply.
Antibump will send you one or more e-mails after the purchase has been made and confirmed to keep you informed of the dispatch of your order and relevant tracking information.
You can pay with all payment methods: We use the Mercado Pago platform or you can pay by bank transfer. All transactions are secure. The Antibump website is SSL encrypted for the protection of all personal and payment information.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
TO PRESERVE THE INTEGRITY AND CONDITION OF YOUR ANTIBUMP, WE RECOMMEND YOU FOLLOW THESE CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Use the same products for washing as for cleaning your vehicle.
To beautify it you can apply liquid or aerosol silicone.
Do not use solvents or abrasive products.
EXCHANGE OR RETURNS POLICY
Purchases made online can be exchanged or returned within 15 days from the date of delivery (except customized products).
The product must be returned in perfect condition and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
The refund will be made to the credit card used at the time of purchase or via bank transfer as appropriate.
